Latin America and the Caribbean Climate Week 2022 (LACCW 2022) will be held from 18-22 July in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. The Week will engage and empower stakeholders to drive climate action across countries, communities and economies. Working together opens opportunity to advance climate action, address social inequalities and invest in development that is good for humanity and nature. LACCW 2022 is a collaboration platform to explore: resilience against climate risks, the transition to a low-emission economy, partnerships to solve pressing challenges.

LACCW 2022 is hosted by the Government of the Dominican Republic. The event is organized by UN Climate Change in collaboration with global partners UN Development Programme, UN Environment Programme and the World Bank Group. Partners in the region include the UN Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UNECLAC), the CAF–Development Bank of Latin America, and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
